News hot off the press from National Student Pride is that Vincent Frank (aka Frank Musik ) will be headlining the 2009 event, being held in Brighton on Sunday March 8th.
This fresh new performer is a self taught virtuoso pianist, songwriter, producer and remixer who dropped out of fashion school to buy a studio. He has already clocked up a whole host of press coverage already this year, appearing in The Sunday Times, The Sun, The Guardian, The Independent on Sunday, Arena, Attitude and Boyz. Little wonder because aside from being pretty easy on the eye, he's also got a great sound too! We found this shot by photographer Louie Banks on his official myspace.
This year's National Student Pride promises to be one of the busiest yet with a day and evening event and around Brighton pub crawl. The day event will be held at Oceana on West Street, Brighton and feature market stalls, live entertainment and music and a Question Time panel discussion featuring guests including Radio 1's Aled Haydn-Jones (Chris Moyles Show & The Surgery), Diva Magazine Editor Jane Czyzselska and prospective Tory MP and television personality Dr David Bull. The action will then move to Brighton's gay quarter with a pub crawl before the evening ends up in Digital with DJ performances from Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills.
